TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Individual client 1-2 persons

  • Cancellation must be made by 18.00 the day before, otherwise the room will be charged for the first night.
  • The reservation is valid for the number of participants indicated by the client. The final number of participants must be confirmed 2 days before the event.
  • Alex & Wilis oy will charge a minimum fee for the number of participants indicated, even if the actual number is lower. Alex & Wilis oy reserves the right to adjust prices if the number of participants is more than 10 % lower than the number of participants indicated. If the number of participants increases, we will charge the actual number of participants.

Group booking 2-4-> rooms 

  • Rooms must be cancelled at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the date.
  • The reservation is valid for the number of participants indicated by the client. The final number of participants must be confirmed 2 weeks (14 days) before the event.
  • Alex & Wilis oy will charge a minimum fee for the number of participants indicated, even if the actual number is lower. Alex & Wilis oy reserves the right to adjust prices if the number of participants is more than 10 % lower than the number of participants indicated. If the number of participants increases, we will charge the actual number of participants.

Full capacity/5+ rooms, season 1.6-1.8.

 
  • Rooms must be cancelled at least 2 months (60 days) before the date of booking. 
  • The reservation is valid for the number of rooms indicated by the client. The final number of participants must be confirmed 2 months (60 days) before the event. 
  • Alex & Wilis oy will charge for the number of rooms indicated, 10% as a non-refundable booking fee in case of cancellation. Alex & Wilis oy reserves the right to revise prices if the number of participants is more than 10 % less than the number of participants indicated. If the number of participants increases, we will charge the actual number of participants.

Other booking conditions

  • Hotels have the right to charge the customer's Visa or MasterCard card retrospectively for reasonable room service charges, telephone, minibar, meal and other charges not billed without the cardholder's signature, as well as charges for uncancelled hotel reservations.

  • The hotel may charge the customer one day's room and tax if the reservation is valid but the customer does not arrive and has not cancelled the reservation.
